Initially the script was narrated to Sonakshi Sinha and just when everything was going good, Miss Sinha backed out from the project citing some dates allocation issues (At least that is what they’ve told media). Now after a few months, the same story came to Baaghi Shraddha Kapoor’s desk. Since it is a great opportunity to show off her acting skills, Kapoor girl accepted it immediately.
Shraddha has always been choosy about her films and always picked the ones that have enough importance for her character. This project is very important for Mr. Lakhia as the previous ones couldn’t get him a positive feedback from critics.
Shraddha will be gaining a little weight and will be using a lot of prosthetics to look as a woman of 50’s and 60’s age group. Looks like Bollywood is giving out another Biopic which is the trending genre now. Let’s look forward.
